-===== Ingredients ===== 
-  * 1qt milk (Whole Milk)  
-  *  1 cup sugar 
-  * 3 tsp salt 
-  * 1 cup Oil, veggi or canola 
-  * 3 eggs (BEATEN) 
-  * 9 to 11 cups of cake flour 
  
-===== Preparation ===== 
-  * Scald 1qt milk (bring milk to just before boiling, where it's foaming then remove) 
-    * Add sugar, oil, and salt 
-  * Once done with the Milk Mix, Separately complete the Yeast mix below. 
-      * WARM A TALL MUG 
-        * 2 pkgs of yeast (Check the yeast's experation date, and buy FRESH yeast) in 1/4 cup of warm (not hot) water 
-        * Add 1 tsp sugar to the yeast 
-      * Let it rise TO THE TOP OF THE MUG 
-  * Once the Yeast Mix is done add it to the Milk Mix. 
-  * Add the Eggs and the above mix in a large plastic mixing bowl. 
-  * Slowly add the flour and knead the dough until you get a mix to a very sticky dough. 
-  * Cover and let rise somewhere warm and slightly humid (Roughly 2 to 4 hours(until it almost doubles in size)). 
-  * PUNCH down and shape into buns(oil your hands and make the dough balls roughly the size of golf balls). 
-  * Put them on baking sheets cover and let rise a second time(roughly about 1 to 2 hours(again until it almost doubles in size)) 
-  * Bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes per sheet 
-  * Each batch should make between 30 to 42 buns(averaging 36).
