Meg's Brown Sugar Pie

3 large eggs
2 c. dark brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
¹/₄ tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
¹/₂ c. softened butter

Mix everything together thoroughly. Pour into prepared 9" pie crust. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes; lower heat to 350° and finish baking (approximately 20-35 more minutes).
